Shindell & Sons Motorworks products are intended and sold for off road use only. Use of these products is at the customer’s own risk. Products sold for off road use are intended for off-road and racing vehicles that may never be used on public roadways. These off road only products may be illegal in many municipalities.

By purchasing aftermarket, off road only products, the customer takes full responsibility for any use and/or misuse of the product and agrees that Shindell & Sons Motorworks LLC holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or otherwise, of such use and/or misuse.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the product has not been installed, altered, or modified in any way. Returned items must be in their original condition. Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Warranty Coverage
All lighting products include a 30-day limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will provide a replacement part at no cost.

Post-Warranty Service
After the 30-day warranty period, Shindell & Sons Motorworks offers paid repair or replacement services for bulbs and lighting components. Pricing will vary based on the part and scope of repair.
